The jury's still out on this one but and you could make a case for all results. The visitors probably have the edge in terms of the odds available.

The hosts will be looking to put some of their recent muted outings out of their minds. Bordeaux aren't making life easy for themselves, having lost 8 of their last 19 games at home. To compound their issues, goals are in short supply for them. They've been goalless in 6 of their last 11 matches on their own patch. Those numbers cannot be relied on even if they go up against an outfit beset with fitness concerns.

Metz are frequently showing what they can do. Their best displays been made possible by their quality in front of goal. They've scored three or more goals in 2 of their last 3 away fixtures and on the basis that they won't have any absentees from their starting eleven between now and the 2:00pm kick-off, they should have the quality to add to this run of form. They have kept a clean sheet in 6 of their last 18 away matches. In a match that has split opinions, there is plenty of sense in supporting the visitors.

The clash does have an anything could happen feel about it though. So don't rule out the match ending in parity. It would be disgeneous to imply that the favourites are a lock here. It could be that the two sides cancel each other out in a battle of attrition. It's not a strong view and it might not be that exciting but the No BTTS bet seems to be the best option there.
